About project

Many real estate websites have no other communication channel but the phone calls. However, statistically, a customer would rather reach out online instead of calling. That was our customer’s pain point, so we developed a solution for his startup.

User flow

Even for such a complex system, the navigation had to be made clear: the main functions are available from the menu, the basic info is collected by the wizard when registering.

Sign in / Sign up

After the user puts his/her email, the wizard will ask to complete the registration in 4 quick steps to get access to the full list of services.


The dashboard includes all the necessary features like reminders, notes, and analytics. You can easily change all the pereferences, which were set up at registration step. It’s always at hand!


Agents can import their units manually or via CSV file. They are also able to set up unique pre-screening questions and the availability calendar.


It’s possible to sync the team calendar to book tours according to availability. With this smart calendar, you will be able to assign the property to a team member within minutes.


The payment plan depends on the number of units only — no extra costs. The rest of the features are available as usual.

Smart chatbot

A beautifully designed chatbot River frees staff to focus on core job tasks by responding to tenants looking for information. The super-intelligent Chatbot easily understands conversational language and is not just limited to identifying certain keywords.


Lethub also provides full-cycle property management maintenance automation. It identifies maintenance issues and alerts selected vendors immediately. It allows you to bring down all costs and making the processes smoother for tenants.

Mobile version

And of course, all of this can be controlled from a phone. 90% of the functions are available in the mobile version of the site.

Landing page

We’ve also created an eye-catching landing page demonstrating how the service works with all its features and values.


Our team has designed and built the entire system, including a landing page and adaptive versions for tablet and mobile phones. Additionally, we've constructed a chatbot connected to the property database and enhanced it with natural language processing technology.
